Cookies and website privacy
In short
This website presents our studio, our games and our services. It has no user accounts, no forms and no advertising. With your permission it uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages are useful. The privacy policy of our game AI Inc: Tycoon is a separate document.
What we collect
Without your consent we collect nothing about you beyond the technical data every web server receives (IP address, browser type, requested page, time), which Cloudflare processes to deliver the site and keep it secure. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 also receives your shortened IP address, approximate location, device and browser details, the pages you view and how you arrived.
Cloudflare also counts visits for us without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics): which pages are opened, the site you came from, browser and device type, country and how fast the page loads. It stores nothing on your device and does not follow you across other sites.
Cookies and your choice
Analytics cookies are set only after you press “Accept” in the cookie banner. Until then nothing is set and no Google script is loaded. You can change your mind at any time with the “Your privacy choices” link at the bottom of every page. We also respect the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as “Decline”.
Legal basis and processors
Analytics runs on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); delivering and securing the site and counting visits without cookies rest on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Our processors are Google (analytics) and Cloudflare (hosting, security, cookie-free visit statistics and email forwarding). Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards these providers offer, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. See how Google uses data. We keep analytics data for no longer than 14 months.
Your rights in the EU and the UK
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@burrowloop.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
California and other US states
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws may ask what we hold, request correction or deletion, and opt out of any sale or sharing by writing to support@burrowloop.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this page. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
