1. In short

AI Inc: Tycoon keeps your progress on your own device. We have no user accounts and we do not run servers that receive your game data. The game shows optional rewarded video ads and offers optional purchases (cosmetics and a tip for the developer). These are provided by Google (AdMob and Google Play), which process some data as described below.

2. Data that stays on your device

the founder name and company name you type, the region and country you choose, and your company mark;
your game progress, settings (sound, language, hand preference) and the list of items you have unlocked.

We do not receive this data. Deleting the game removes it. If Android backup is turned on, Android may include the game's saved data in your Google backup; that is handled by Google under its own policies.

3. Ads (Google AdMob)

The game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show optional rewarded videos. To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and use your advertising ID, IP address (approximate location), device and app information, and how you interact with ads. See how Google uses data when you use partner apps and the Google Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

4. Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Optional items (cosmetics and an optional “coffee for the developer” tip) are bought through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google: we do not receive your card or payment details. The game receives a confirmation that an item was bought and uses it only to unlock that item. Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.

5. Reminders

If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders locally on your device. There is no push server and no data is sent anywhere. You can turn reminders off in the game settings or in Android settings.

6. What we do not do

We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services in the game at the moment. If this changes, we will update this policy before the change reaches you.
We do not sell your data.
We do not access your contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera or precise location.

7. Children

The game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Your rights

Because we do not keep personal data about you on our servers, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct or delete beyond what is on your device. For data processed by Google (ads, purchases) use your Google Account controls or contact Google. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also contact your local data protection authority. 9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
