What we can do for you

Big projects and small jobs are both welcome.

Mobile games from scratch

From idea and design to a store-ready build: management sims, puzzle and idle games, casual and card games.

Prototypes and vertical slices

A playable proof of concept in a few weeks, to test the idea, show investors or pitch a publisher.

Game systems and balance

Economy, progression, simulation and AI opponents, with automated tests so a change never silently breaks the balance.

Mobile UI and UX

Screens built for thumbs: one-hand play, big touch targets, clear feedback and layouts that survive long translations.

3D and 2D art

Stylized low-poly models, rigs, animation and renders to sprites and atlases, built in Blender and often scripted for repeatable results.

Ads, purchases and release

Rewarded ads, in-app purchases, consent forms, Google Play Console setup, store listing and release builds.

Localization

One pipeline for many languages: text extraction, translation checks and layout tests, proven in a game with 8 languages.

Rescue and small jobs

Bug fixes, performance work, a missing feature, a port or a code review of a project someone else started.

What we work with

We pick the tool for the game, not the other way round.

Engines and code

Unity 6C#URPHDRPFlutterDart

Unity 6 for 3D, physics, shaders and complex scenes. Flutter for fast, light, UI-heavy 2D games and management sims.

Art and content

Models, rigs, animation and renders prepared for the engine, with a scripted pipeline that gives the same result every time.

Release and monetization

From signing keys to Data safety forms: we take a build all the way to the store. iOS builds are possible through cloud CI.

Game logic lives in code that can be tested without a phone, so a change is checked in seconds, not days.

How we work

  1. Brief

You tell us the goal, platform, references and deadline. We ask the questions that matter and agree the scope.

  2. Prototype

A quick playable build to confirm the idea and the feel before the real budget is spent.

  3. Production

Work in milestones. You get a build to play after each one and approve it before we move on.

  4. Testing and polish

Bug hunting on real devices, performance, balance and the small details that make a game feel finished.

  5. Release and support

We prepare the store release, hand everything over and stay around for fixes after launch.

Ways to work together

Fixed scope

A clear deliverable, a price and a schedule, split into milestones. Best for a defined game or prototype.

Time and materials

Hourly or weekly work when the scope will change as you learn. Best for ongoing development.

Small jobs

A bug, a screen, an art pass or a store submission: quick, focused help with no long commitment.

Working with clients in Europe and North America

  • A time zone that works. We are based in Ukraine (UTC+2, UTC+3 in summer), so our working day overlaps fully with European business hours and with US East Coast mornings.
  • Clear communication. Written updates in English, video calls when they help, and a shared task board if you want one.
  • Contracts you recognize. A short services agreement in English that sets milestones, confidentiality and ownership of the code and assets. We are happy to sign your NDA first.
  • Quick replies. We usually answer within one business day.

What you can expect

  • Direct contact. You talk to the people who write the code, with no managers in between.
  • Playable progress. A build on your phone after every milestone, not just status reports.
  • Your files, your game. Source code and assets are handed over at each milestone. Ownership and confidentiality are agreed in a short contract, and we are happy to sign an NDA.
  • Easy on top, deep inside. Simple to start and solid underneath: the way we build our own games.

Our own game

AI Inc: Tycoon is our first game and a good picture of how we work: a Flutter and Dart management sim with a fully offline simulation core, a living miniature city, 8 languages, rewarded ads, in-app purchases and over 2,000 automated tests.

Questions we often get

Which platforms do you build for?

Android is our home ground. iOS builds are possible through cloud CI; you will need your own Apple Developer account.

Unity or Flutter: which one should we choose?

Unity for 3D, physics, shaders and big scenes. Flutter for fast, light, UI-heavy 2D games and management sims. If you are not sure, tell us about the game and we will recommend one.

How long does a prototype take?

Usually a few weeks, depending on how much has to be playable. We give an estimate after the brief.

Can you continue a project someone else started?

Yes. We start with a short review of the code and the build, then tell you honestly what is worth keeping.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, we are happy to sign an NDA before you share the details.

How do I get a quote?

Send a short description: the idea, the platform, references, the deadline and a rough budget. We reply with questions or an estimate.

Let's make something together

Tell us about your project. A couple of lines and a reference game are enough to start.
